Senior Physiotherapist
Shze Ming graduated with a degree in Physiotherapy from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and has more than 15 years of clinical experience. She has worked across public hospitals, private clinics, day rehabilitation centres and home-based rehabilitation settings.
Throughout her career, she has supported clients with a wide range of rehabilitation needs, including musculoskeletal conditions, recovery following orthopaedic surgery, stroke, Parkinson’s disease and dementia. Her experience across hospital, community and home settings enables her to understand the different challenges clients may encounter as they progress from medical treatment towards greater independence in their daily lives.
Shze Ming provides individualised rehabilitation focused on improving mobility, strength, balance, walking ability and functional independence. She tailors each programme to the client’s medical condition, physical abilities, living environment and personal rehabilitation goals.
She has a particular interest in working with older adults and individuals who require ongoing rehabilitation at home. Her approach is compassionate and patient-centred, with an emphasis on helping clients move safely, participate more confidently in everyday activities and maintain as much independence as possible.
